Cademix Institute of Technology — Calendar and Appointment Service
These terms apply to use of the Cademix appointment and consultation booking service.
A booking request is subject to availability and confirmation. Users must provide accurate contact information and select an appropriate service and time slot.
Clients are responsible for attending on time and preparing the materials or questions required for the session. Repeated or excessive speculative reservations may be limited in order to keep appointment capacity available.
Where a service requires payment, the applicable price, payment method, and booking conditions shown at the time of purchase or in the corresponding offer apply. A booking may remain unconfirmed until required payment is completed.
Appointment changes, cancellation rights, refunds, or rescheduling conditions depend on the selected service and the terms communicated for that booking. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
The booking system must not be used for unlawful activity, automated abuse, interference with other users, or attempts to access administrative functions without authorization.
Cademix may maintain, modify, suspend, or replace technical parts of the appointment system. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Information exchanged through a booking or consultation is provided within the scope of the selected Cademix service. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, a calendar reservation itself does not create a broader professional mandate or guarantee a specific outcome.
